Ernie is ON THE PHONE as I type, talking to his county commissioner and voicing his concern about the crisis at Lied Animal Shelter. Can you spare 5 minutes to make a quick call and help us out? Our leaders need to understand that the deaths of these animals are being felt by the entire COUNTRY, not just Las Vegas.

IF YOU DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE RECENT EMERGENCY AT LIED ANIMAL SHELTER, WHICH LED TO THE MASS EUTHANASIA OF OVER 1,000 ANIMALS, PLEASE CALL THE CLARK COUNTY COMMMISSIONERS OFFICE AND VOICE YOUR CONCERN. NEVADA’S ELECTED OFFICIALS ARE THE DECIDERS AND WE MUST LET THEM KNOW OUR WISHES.
Please call (702) 455-3500 and let a commissioner know you demand accountability on the county’s contract with Lied Animal Foundation. Also, request more resources are given to Animal Control for enforcement of responsible pet owner laws and proactive measures to control the pet population in Southern Nevada.
Remember, Participation is the key to change!!
